After graduating from the Alexander Technique Training Center (ATTC) in Newton, Massachusetts, the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT) granted certification to me as an Alexander Technique teacher. Continuing in post-graduate work at ATTC, I collaborate with masters of the Technique from the US and Europe.
Experiences as a competitive athlete, model, artist and actor over the past 20 years, and participation in dozens of productions in the United States and worldwide has helped me develop a deep appreciation for the importance of keeping our bodies balanced, efficient, and ultimately healthy. As a lifelong learner, I understand that adopting a new skill can be both exciting and challenging. That’s why I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way to reach your highest potential. As a member of the Center for Integrative Healing, I’m glad to contribute to this verse holistic company with a psycho-physical approach to human health.
